Hi! I’m Whitney Long!

I'm a 22-year-old self-taught photographer based in Des Moines, Iowa.

I recently graduated from college and got married, and I’m excited to begin this new chapter of my life.

My photography journey began in 2016 at a Christian youth camp in Western New York where I grew up. Over the years, I started capturing weddings and officially embraced the title of “wedding photographer” in 2018. Though I didn’t initially set out to be a photographer, what started as a hobby at 13 has blossomed into one of my greatest passions.

As a follower of Christ, I view my photography as a gift from the Lord and aim to use it to honor Him. My goal is to let my work reflect His glory.

When we work together, I promise we’ll have a great time creating beautiful images. I’m eager to capture what’s special to you and ensure every moment feels genuine and authentic.

Though I’m now based in Des Moines, I’m open to traveling wherever you are. I have lived in Chicago and New York, so both of these places hold a special place in my heart. My passion extends to both photography and videography, and I would to be your go-to girl for capturing genuine moments that make you feel loved, and like your authentic self.
